Procedure for holding the online championship:

The submission of applications for nominations is open until September 1, 2025, inclusive. At the discretion of the organizers, the submission period may be extended.

September 1-4 - all participants must register in the Application

Registration of participants:

The organizers have prepared for you a convenient TOP LEVEL application, where each participant will upload their work and receive grades.

1️⃣ Download the application to your phone at www.navyki.online/top-level-app
2️⃣ Log in to the application according to the instructions.
Indicate the number you specified when registering for the championship in the format +7хххххххххх
Password - the last 4 digits of your phone.
3️⃣ Add an avatar in the account settings.
4️⃣ Check in the account settings whether the following are filled in correctly: first name, last name, nominations and category.
5️⃣ Carefully upload photos and videos of your work. If you uploaded something wrong, you have 10 minutes to delete it.
6️⃣ For all questions related to the application, write to assistant Polina in Telegram @euforiateam.

At the appointed time of the nomination, all participants must go to zoom with a stable internet connection. There must be an assistant next to the participant who controls that the phone is filming the entire period of the procedure.

The procedure will be monitored via zoom by specially trained supervisors. Also, after the nomination is completed, the recording of the zoom broadcast will be analyzed to identify violators of the regulations.

The zoom camera should show the model on the couch and the artist at work. The phone should be placed horizontally.

When entering zoom, the artist should rename herself/himself with the model number + open access to the video on the phone. It is prohibited to indicate the full name of the artist.

What do the participant do after completing the procedure:

Points may be reduced for:

• failure to comply with sanitary standards (no mask or gloves)
• turning off the video signal for more than 3 minutes
• using filters

The participant will be disqualified (removed from the championship):

• for any photo retouching, use of filters, color correction.
• for the absence of photos/videos BEFORE and AFTER
• for performing the procedure after the STOP signal from the moderator
• for disrespectful behavior and public negative statements addressed to the organizers, judges or the panel of judges.

Immediately after completing the procedure, each participant must:

• Take 4 photos of the model and 1 video and send them to the application within 10 minutes.

Judging:

An international panel of judges will judge for several days after the championship (due to different time zones). As works are judged, participants will receive feedback from each judge in the app.

ATTENTION! Each participant of the championship is obliged to independently sign the consent of the model (the document is signed by the artist (participant) and the model.

General provisions for holding the Championship:

1. The Championship is not a public competition within the meaning of Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and is not an (incentive) lottery within the meaning of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 11.11.2003 No. 138-FZ "On Lotteries".
2. Any nomination of the Championship may be cancelled if less than 15 contestants apply for participation. In this case, the organizer will refund the full cost of participation in the Championship or offer to participate in other nominations.
3. Any Grand Prix of the Championship may not be awarded if less than 15 people fulfill the criteria for participation in the Grand Prix.
4. The organizer reserves the right to change the gift awarded as a grand prize.
5. The reservation of nominations for the Championship is paid immediately in full (payment by installments is not provided) and is non-refundable in accordance with the terms of purchase of tickets (Offer Agreement), published on the website http://academy-global.com/
6. The Organizer has the right, at its sole discretion, to invalidate participation in the Championship, prohibit participation in a certain nomination or Championship, remove a Participant from the Championship or not allow participation in the Championship in case of violation of the given regulations.
7. The final schedule of the Championship is compiled after all nominations have been closed.
8. Participants and Models STRICTLY 18+ are allowed to participate in the Championship.
9. If the number of points scored in a nomination and the total points in three nominations are equal, the decision on the distribution of prize places and the winner of the Grand Prix is ​​made by a panel of judges; the time criterion may also be taken into account.
10. The Grand Prix in the PODIUM nomination is awarded to a contestant in three or more nominations; the best work is selected by a panel of judges.

For the nomination with models the contestant searches for the model independently. If the participant's model does not show up for the championship, the participant may be removed from the championship without any compensation.

Championship Prizes:

1. The main prize in each nomination of the Championship is a cup, which is awarded for 1-2-3 places. The organizer reserves the right not to award 2-3 places if the number of participants is less than 10, as well as at the discretion of the panel of judges.
2. Gifts from sponsors are awarded for first place in each nomination. Separate prizes for first place in each nomination among participants who use PODIUM pigments. The monetary equivalent of the prize is not provided. The winner independently pays the tax on the winnings.
3. Each participant of the Championship will receive a diploma of the participant of the Championship

1. The monetary equivalent of the prize value is not provided. The winner pays the tax on the winnings independently. The Grand Prix may not be awarded, if less than 15 people have fulfilled the criteria for participation in the Grand Prix.
2. The organizer reserves the right to make any changes to the regulations for holding the Championship, change the prize fund and the procedure for selecting the winner in each nomination, as well as the winner of the Grand Prix.
3. Payment of taxes in connection with receiving prizes from the Prize Fund of the Championship is carried out in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The Organizer notifies the tax authorities about the Winner who has received the Prize/Main Prize, for which the Organizer has the right to demand from the said individuals the provision of the necessary documents/their copies, and the individuals must provide such documents/their copies.
4. In order to receive the corresponding prize from the Championship prize fund, individuals recognized as winners of such a prize are obliged to sign the documents offered by the Organizer for the transfer of the prize. Provisions for nominations

When assessing the quality of permanent eyebrow makeup, the following criteria are taken into account: natural shading, smooth transitions between colors, harmonious combination of different shades, proportionality and correct design of the eyebrow base.

When assessing permanent eyebrow makeup, jury members pay attention to the following points: symmetry and clarity of work; proportionality; correctness of the construction used for the work.

When assessing the quality of lip permanent makeup execution, jury members take into account the following features: homogeneity, evenness of the contour; proportionality and symmetry; smoothness of the color transition; evenness of the color used for work.

The participant has a strictly allotted time to complete the nomination. As soon as the participant has finished the work, it is necessary to raise a hand in zoom so that the assistant records the finishing time. If, as a result of judging, the participants scored the same number of points, the prize place is awarded to the participant who completed their work faster

If a participant continues to work after the STOP signal, their work will be disqualified.

During work, the workplace must be kept clean and hair must be pinned up.

Participants must provide:

1. Permanent makeup machine.
2. Needles: their configuration and diameter, brand and manufacturer do not matter.
3. Pigments: do not matter (certified or not, tattoo, piggy or permanent, expensive or cheap).
4. Anesthetics: must be certified in the country where the participant performs the procedure.

The participant of the championship provides herself/himself with:

Models (for model nominations)

1. The organizer does not select models for participants (unless otherwise agreed with the organizer additionally). Participants independently select models for themselves STRICTLY 18+
2. Important for participants with their own models - henna or paint coloring is prohibited 3 weeks before the championship. Eyebrow correction is prohibited. Participation may be denied after the "before" photo. Refunds are not possible in this case.
3. Dress code for models is total black. The participant provides the model with a disposable set.
4. Models and participants of the Championship are prohibited from wearing any jewelry. And their hair must be tied up (braid, ponytail, bun, whatever is more convenient)
5. Dress code for participants is white uniform.

Registration of Participants and models.

1. Registration of artists and models takes place online in the application.
2. Registration is not possible if your model is late, if the model did not show up for the registration an hour before the announced start time of the Nomination.
3. In case the model is late or fails to appear, the Application of the Championship Participant for participation in the nomination is cancelled, and the money will not be returned.
4. When registering, you must ensure that you have been assigned a participant number.
5. After registration, the model artist independently takes a photo of the model "before" (several photos in accordance with the requirements). The artist takes the workplace to prepare for the start.. Before the start, it is prohibited to work with the model. It is allowed to post photos / videos of your model and the process of the procedure on social networks.

Timing of work

1. After the moderator's signal "stop" sounds, you must immediately raise your hands. Violation of this point may result in disqualification. In case of this violation and disqualification, the cost of participation is not refunded.
2. If you have finished the work before the stop call, you have the opportunity to tidy up your model. It is forbidden to touch up the permanent makeup area.

Control and violation of sanitary standards:

1. A health certificate is not required for participants. Compliance with sanitary standards is required.

The sanitary doctor at the championship has the right to reduce points for non-compliance with sanitary requirements at the artist's workplace during the competition procedure.

1. Artist's appearance

The participant's uniform is a disposable cap, disposable mask, gloves, white medical uniform and changeable shoes.
The participant should not have any jewelry such as rings and watches.

2. The participant must:

• Comply with the rules of asepsis and antisepsis;
• Keep the workplace clean and tidy. The following is not allowed: dirty gloves, used cotton pads at the head of the model, unnecessary objects on the work surface, sharp or cutting objects near the model, drawing on the wound surface with a cosmetic pencil/pen, touching a lamp, chair, pigment and other surfaces with dirty gloves;
• Use anesthesia only by application, have a label with a current expiration date. Anesthetics: must be certified in Russia (Emla or Akriol-Pro). All Chinese manufacturers or those not certified by the Russian Federation are PROHIBITED.
• Comply with all sanitary norms and rules required for this procedure;
• Use only disposable sterile needles (cartridges);
• Used needles should be disposed of in a special container for class B waste located in the championship hall in accordance with "Sanitary and Epidemiological Requirements for Handling Medical Waste"
• Clean up the work area after completing the procedure;

3. Workplace requirements:

• On the top shelf are located - a dental wipe, a stand for pigments, a container for pigments, cotton pads, cotton swabs, a tray for tools if desired, an antiseptic in barrier protection, a container for anesthesia, a handle from a permanent makeup machine in barrier protection, a spray bottle or wet wipes.
• On the second shelf there is a block in barrier protection, tools for drawing a sketch, pigments and anesthesia in barrier protection (stretch film) with a current expiration date, disposable sterile needles (cartridges), nozzles;
• The waste container is located under the couch; it is prohibited to dispose of needles (cartridges) there;
• All surfaces, except the lamp, used during work must have barrier protection (stretch film) polyethylene barrier protection for the machine, tray, stand for containers with pigments;
• Reusable instruments must be packed in a Kraft package (combined package) with information on:
• date of sterilization;
• full name of the responsible person.

The indicator on the package must have a color corresponding to the stage of sterilization completed (during sterilization, this indicator changes color, which is written on the package itself).

4. Sanitary inspector fines for failure to comply with workplace requirements.

Sanitary inspector has the right to reduce 1 point for each violation!

• During the procedure, the participant must not touch foreign objects with gloves (phones, personal items, and other items that do not have barrier protection).
• The presence of dirty cotton swabs, cotton pads, brushes, used gloves and other unnecessary items on the head of the model or on the artist's table;
• Dirty gloves and skin of the model;
• Touching the lamp with your hands (since the lamp does not have barrier protection), chair, pigments, and other containers with dirty gloves;
• Touching up the wound surface with a cosmetic pencil, pen and other objects.
• During the procedure, the mask must be worn according to the rules (not under the nose);
• No cap on the model;
• No white medical uniform, cap, change of shoes, disposable mask and gloves. The artist should not wear jewelry such as watches and rings.

Warning! Used needles should be disposed of in a special container for class B waste located in the championship hall in accordance with "Sanitary and Epidemiological Requirements for Handling Medical Waste".

5. The organizer provides the participants with the following equipment:

As part of the competition (championship), the participant uses their own instruments, disposable needles, nozzles (cartridges), and anesthetic. Pigments, anesthesia must have a brand label with a valid expiration date.

The parties specifically confirm that by accepting this offer, the Participant agrees that he/she plans to take part in a professional specialized event in the beauty industry (permanent makeup, tattoo, make-up, and other beauty procedures) to potentially use received information in professional (entrepreneurial) business.

2.6. Based on clause 2.5. of this offer, the parties also established that the relationship between the parties is not regulated by the norms of the consumer legislation of the state where the participant is a resident.


SECTION 3. PARTICIPANT RESIGNATION ORDER

3.1. Categories and types of events, tickets, package offers, their cost, the order of registration of the application and the registration procedure is established on the Website on the date of the Member's application to the Organizer for registration.

3.2. The organizer has the right to change the categories and types of events, package offers and the cost of attending the event.

3.3. The information specified in paragraph 3.2 of this offer shall be posted on the Website and shall take effect from the moment such changes and/or additions are posted on the Website.

3.4. To participate in the Event, the Participant needs to fill out the Participant's application form, posted on the Website www.global-permanent.com in the appropriate section "documentation", pay the cost of attending the Event, and place the banner on social networks (Facebook and/or Instagram and/or Vkontakte) with a link to the Event page.

To participate in the Championship, the Participant must also visit the Forum and send a copy of the diploma (certificate) of the Participant's completion of the basic course on permanent makeup in accordance with the rules posted on the Website.

3.5. In the case of proper passage of all registration stages, the registration of the Participant is considered valid

3.6. The first partial payment for participation in the Event means confirmation the Participant agrees to the terms and conditions.

3.7. Within 5 working days after sending the application, the Organizer confirms the registration of the Participant in one of the following ways:

3.7.1. Sending notifications by an instant messenger (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram);

3.7.2. A phone call by the Organizer's manager.

3.8. Entrance to the Event is carried out according to the list of Participants with the presentation of the Participant's ID.

3.9. The Parties agree that the Organizer has the right to refuse registration to the Championship Participant in the following cases:

3.9.1. Deadline for applications;

3.9.2. Lack of available spots in the nominations;

3.9.4.Lack of a copy of the required education certificate;

3.9.5. Non-compliance with the requirements for the availability of documents of education or work experience.

3.10. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Event, change the date, time, venue, program of the Event (Forum, Championship or Party), about which the Organizer is obliged to promptly notify the Participant by phone call (number provided in the application form) and/or notification in messanger, as well as by placing relevant information on the Website or Instagram @global.permanent no later than 30 calendar days prior to the date of the Event.

At the same time, the parties specifically agree that the responsibility of the Organizer, in this case, is limited solely to the amount of money transferred by the Participant for the right to attend the Event.

3.11. The change in the cost of attending the Event is not a reason for changing the terms of the contracts previously concluded with the Participant on the Terms and Conditions of the offer, which were valid until the moment of making the corresponding changes.

SECTION 4. FORM AND METHOD PAYMENT



4.1. The Participant has the right to make payment for Package to the Event by any of the methods established in this offer.

All necessary information regarding the cost of the relevant Event (Forum, Championship, Parties) and providing additional rights (opportunities) to the Participant (hotel accommodation, transfers from the airport to the hotel, meals, participation in sports and leisure activities, discounts, participation in the testing Equipment, receiving gifts from event sponsors, access to recordings of all speeches, etc.) are indicated in the appropriate section on the Website when the Participant performs registration at the Event.

4.2. Payment is made by cashless transfer of funds to the bank account of the Organizer. The Participant's obligation to pay is deemed to be fulfilled when the funds are received in the Organizer's bank account.

4.3. The participant has the right to make payment in one of the following ways:

4.3.4. The issuing of an invoice for a legal entity by the Organizer.

Payment is made from the current account of the legal entity, which is invoiced by the Organizer.

The parties established that the reporting documents provided by the organization for participation in the Forum are an act of 'Completed Works Certificate'. (provided within 5 working days after the Event).

4.4. The Participant agrees that if the cost of attending the Event is partially or fully unpaid, the consequences set forth in clause 2.4 of this offer are incurred.

4.5. The Participant has the right at any time to refuse to attend the Event and/or to acquire the Package Offer (partner with the expo stand, info partner, Premium partner with the expo standt, speaker package).

4.6. If the Participant refuses to attend the Event or refuses purchased Package Offer more than 60 calendar days before the date of the event, the Organizer returns 70% (seventy percent) of the total Package rate (Premium, VIP, VIP Plus), provided that the refusal is sent via messenger (Whatsapp) or a phone call to personal manager.

The Participant may be offered to reissue the ticket to the next Event without penalties. Such a proposal is a right, but not the obligation of the Organizer.

4.7. If the Participant refuses to attend the Event, waives a purchased ticket package or refuses the Package Offer less than 60 calendar days before the date of the Event, the total amount of money transferred by the Participant for the right to attend the event is non-refundable.

4.8. The return of the amount of the funds transferred by the Participant for the right to attend the Event is carried out by transferring funds to the Participant's bank account within 30 calendar days from the date the Organizer receives the Participant's application form. The terms of the actual refunds to the Member's bank account may be extended depending on the rules of the payment system. Payment system fees are not refundable.

4.9. The Participant has the right to partially pay (book) the cost of attending the Event under the terms and conditions established on the Website on the date of the Participant's request to the Organizer for registration.

4.10 The Participant can make a guarantee payment for a booked place - a deposit (payment) for the possibility of a subsequent change in the category of the ticket or the reissue of the ticket to a different date of the Forum. When making a guarantee payment, the Participant must select the planned date of the event and the category of the ticket. Within 60 days from the date of payment, but no later than 90 calendar days before the date of the Forum, the Participant has the right to change the category of the ticket or the date of the forum.

The amount of the guarantee payment of the reservation is non-refundable in case of refusal to participate in the Forums on the dates proposed by the Organizer

4.11. In case of the Participant's refusal to attend the Event, as well as in case of a violation by the Participant of his/her financial obligations in accordance with clause 4.9 of this offer, the amount of money transferred by the Participant for the right to attend the Event is not refunded to the Participant.

4.12. The Participant is entitled to transfer his rights to visit the event to a third party not later than 15 calendar days before the date of the Event only with the consent of the Organizer in the terms and conditions established on the Website on the date of the new Participant's request. At the same time, the new Participant must fill in all the necessary application forms on the Website, as well as, if necessary, confirm his/her qualifications with a document for renewing the rights of the Participant.

SECTION 5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

5.1. Participant is entitled to:

5.1.1. receive information about the event;

5.1.2. select individual types of events to attend and Package Offers;

5.1.3. refuse to attend the Event or Package Offer in terms and conditions established by these terms and conditions.

5.2. Participant must:

5.2.1. familiarize himself/herself with all the terms of this offer, accept them when filling in the application form of the Participant;

5.2.2. independently monitor changes in the terms and conditions of the application form on the Website;

5.2.3. comply with the terms and conditions;

5.2.4. pay in full the cost of attending the Event;

5.2.5. familiarize himself/herself with the limitations of a particular Event regarding admission to it;

5.2.6. in case of taking part in the Championship, all works should be performed using special pigments for permanent makeup.

5.2.7. in the case of damaging the property of the Organizer, or causing harm to the life or health of third parties, the Participant will be held accountable, including in the event of harming life or health of models participating in the Championship.

5.2.8. confirm your registration as a Participant by presenting an identity document when visiting the Event.

5.3. The Organizer has the right to:

5.3.1. require the participant to comply with the terms of this offer;

5.3.2. change the terms and conditions of this offer unilaterally;

5.3.3. set and change prices unilaterally at any time;

5.3.4. refuse to execute the application if the Participant fails to fulfill the financial terms and conditions of this offer;

5.3.5. cancel the application made by the Participant if the Participant gives incorrect and/or false information, as well as if the Participant violates other terms and conditions;

5.3.6. change the conditions of the Event regarding the dates and venue of the Event, the program of the Event and the topics of presentations.

5.4. The Organizer must:

5.4.1. provide the Participant with complete and sufficient information in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the location of the Event, on the Organizer. The Parties have established that the information posted on the Website is complete and sufficient;

5.4.2. not to use the personal data of the Participant for purposes that do not meet the conditions set forth in this offer;

5.4.3. timely and appropriately inform the Participant about changes in the terms and conditions of the Event no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days before the date of the Event.

SECTION 6. PERSONAL INFORMATION

6.1. Based on the Russia Federal Law No. 152-ФЗ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, the Participant's actions regarding the registration and submission of the application form (registration) are the full and informed consent of the Participant to provide his personal data to the Organizer during the application and registration process the Participant, namely: last name, first name, middle name and/or patronymic, gender, contact phone number, address of residence, city, date of birth (or age), contact email address, information about education.

6.2. The Participant hereby acknowledges that the Participant provided the personal data set forth in clause 6.1. of this offer in order to provide services to the Participant in accordance with the conditions contained in these terms and conditions

6.3. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Russian Federal Law of July 27, 2006, No. 152-ФЗ "On Personal Data" and includes the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (update, change), sorting, use, depersonalization, blocking, and destruction. The organizer performs the processing of personal data using automation.

6.4. The Participant agrees to the processing of personal data provided during the process of the application in connection with providing services to the Participant according to the terms of this offer. The Participant also agrees to receive information in the manner and on the terms established by this offer.

6.5. The terms of use of the provided personal data are indefinite.

6.6. The Participant has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by sending a written request by email to the Organizer.


SECTION 7. RESPONSIBILITY

7.1. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations under the contracts concluded on the basis of this offer, the Parties shall be held liable in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.2. The Participant assumes all possible risks associated with his actions on the possible admission of errors and inaccuracies in the data provided to him/her necessary for processing the application form.

7.3. The Organizer is not responsible for the erroneous understanding or misunderstanding by the Participant of information about the process of registration (payment) for participation in the Event.

7.4. In case of the conditions for holding the Event change, the Participant will not be able to participate in the Event during the new dates, the Organizer's liability is limited solely to the amount of money transferred by the Participant for the right to attend the Event.

7.5. The Participant waives both claims to the Organizer and claims for compensation of travel expenses, as well as the cost of booking a hotel in case of need to cancel or modify them.

7.6. The Organizer is not responsible for any damage to the health or property of the Participant if this is caused by the actions of third parties (other participants) with which the victims can resolve all disputed issues on their own.

7.7. The Organizer is not responsible for any damage to the Member's health or property caused by non-compliance by the administration of the relevant establishments (hotels, sports and entertainment facilities, transport infrastructure facilities, etc.) with the applicable laws (fire safety regulations, road traffic, sanitary and epidemiological norms and etc.).


SECTION 8. FINAL POINTS

8.1. Changes in the provisions of this Offer entail changes in the relevant provisions of the contracts concluded with the Participant in the terms of the Offer.

8.2.In all other respects that are not provided by this Offer, the Parties are guided by the provisions of the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The law applicable to the relations of the Parties within the framework of this offer, as well as under the Agreements, without exception, is the law of the Russian Federation.

1. SUBJECT OF AGREEMENT

2. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

2.1. The Organizer is obliged:

2.1.2. Ensure the Speaker's access to the venue of the Event at the address specified in clause 1.3. actual agreement.

2.2. The Organizer has the right:

2.2.1. Unilaterally refuse to execute the Contract by sending a written notice to the Speaker at the address specified in section 9 of this agreement not later than 30 (thirty) calendar days before the start of the Event without the use of penalties.

- a selection of at least 5 professional photos of the speaker in the work with the transfer of rights to their placement in the social networks of the organizers of the Forum;

- one or two professional photos of the speaker for placement on promo banners and any promotional materials of the Organizer about the Forum.

- Information on education and individual (personal) achievements of the Speaker.

2.3.4. The Speaker also undertakes to post information on all social networks belonging to him on social networks (in the available post, story formats, an active link to the event website in his personal profile) about the event being conducted.

A number of posts: at least one post every two weeks from the date of signing the contract until the date of the event.

The number of "stories" / mentions on the air: at least one story or live broadcast with the mention of the forum every 7 days from the date of signing the contract until the date of the event.

The number of days for placing an active link to activities in the profile: at least 10 days in total from the date of signing the contract until to the date of the event.

Content posts and images are agreed upon by the parties via electronic communication in a convenient format. Posts should look maximally "native" (naturally) to your style of reference (text, image, photo) and do not look like advertising.

2.3.5. The speaker agrees to audio recording and video filming during the conference, video-, and photo-shooting the master class and the speaker's speech (report) and the subsequent placement of photos and video materials from the event in any soc. networks, print and video publications, online resources www.peoplearound.pro, www.global-permanent.com, www.getcourse.ru, and other online resources. The Speaker accepts that all advertising and any mention of the organizer of the Forum in the mass media, social networks or indirectly, or indirectly, may contain the name and logo of the Speaker, which includes but is not limited to advertising on radio, television, print media, on posters, booklets, billboards, social networks, etc. During the advertising campaign, the Organizer can use advertising and information materials, logos and photographs, which will be provided to him by the Speaker, and also repost the materials (posts) from the official accounts of the Speaker to the official accounts of the Organizer.

2.3.6. Provide the Organizer with available printed materials (photo, video, audio) or design-mock diplomas.

2.3.7. Do not perform performances in the city of the event (Sochi) for 60 calendar days before and within 10 days after the provision of services under this agreement.

2.3.8 Follow the strict limitations on the naming of brands from the stage during their performance:

2.4.1. Require the Organizer to provide information and information necessary for the proper performance of all obligations under this agreement;

Unilaterally, refuse to execute the Agreement by sending a written notice to the Organizer at the address specified in Section 9 of this agreement not later than 90 (ninety) calendar days with the use of penalties in the amount of the cost of the Speaker's Services provided for in clause 3.1. of this contract, as well as reimbursement of the costs actually incurred by the Organizer related to the performance, including, the duties provided for in clause 2.1. The procedure and terms for payment of penalties for unilateral refusal of the Speaker from the Agreement is stipulated in item 7.5. actual agreement.

3. COST OF SERVICES AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

3.1 The parties found that under this agreement, the Speaker is obliged to pay exclusively for the services for organizing a public speech to a large audience. (clauses 2.1.2 and 2.1.3 of this Agreement).

3.3. All settlements under the Contract are made in a non-cash order by transfer of funds to the account specified in Section 9 of this contract of the Organizer.

4. PROCEDURE OF DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICES

4.1. Upon the provision of the Services, the Parties, on the day of the end of the Event, sign the Acceptance Certificate of the services rendered (Appendix No. 1) in two copies, one for each of the Parties.

Subject to the proper provision of services in accordance with this Agreement, the Speaker must, within 3 (three) days from the date of receipt of the Services Act, sign it and send to the Organizer or, in the same period, provide a written reasoned refusal to accept the services. If during the specified period the Speaker did not sign the corresponding act, and did not send a written reasoned refusal to accept the services, the services of the Contractor are considered to be rendered and accepted by the Speaker.

4.2. In the event of refusal to sign the Acceptance Certificate, the Organizer's objection to the scope and quality of the Services rendered must be reasonable and contain specific references to the non-compliance of the Services with the results provided for in the Agreement. Objections must be sent to the other Party within 3 (three) days in writing.

5. TERM OF THE AGREEMENT

5.1. The Contract shall come into force from the moment of its signing by the Parties and shall remain in force until the Parties fulfill their obligations under the Treaty in full.

The term for the provision of the Services by the Speaker is terminated from the end of the Event.

5.2. The Speaker has the right to unilaterally cancel the Agreement by sending a written notice to the Organizer at the address specified in section 9 of this contract, not later than 90 (ninety) calendar days before the date of the Event, applying to the Speaker the liability measures provided for in paragraph 2.4 .2. actual agreement.

5.3. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally cancel the Agreement by sending a written notification to the Speaker at the address specified in section 9 of this contract, not later than 30 (thirty) calendar days before the date of the Event.

5.4. In case of of the Organizer's unilateral refusal of the Agreement, the Speaker does not have the right to demand compensation from the Organizer for the Speaker's additional expenses, besides the cost of the Organizer's services indicated on the official website www.global-permanent.com Section tickets packages 1-4

5.5. From the moment when the Organizer sends a written notice of unilateral refusal of the Agreement, the Organizer is not entitled to demand continuation of the provision of the Services from the Speaker.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

6.1. Neither of the Parties will be liable for full or partial non-fulfillment of any of its obligations, if the default is a direct consequence of circumstances of insurmountable (force majeure) nature that are beyond the control of the Parties that have arisen after the conclusion of the Treaty.

6.2. Force-majeure circumstances under the Treaty are: To such extraordinary events are: flood, fire, earthquake, explosion, storm, soil subsidence, epidemics and other phenomena of nature, as well as war or military actions, strike in the industry or the region, any Emergency Incidents , terrorist acts that occurred both in the city of the Event and in the entire territory of the Russian Federation, which entail reputational risks for the Organizer in the event of an Event, acceptance by the state authority Twain's power or control solutions that resulted in the inability to perform this Agreement.

6.3. At the same time, the deadline for the fulfillment of obligations under the Treaty is proportionally postponed for the duration of such circumstances and their consequences. 6.4. Cases of cancellation and / or delay of a flight / train / other vehicle are not force majeure circumstances that relieve the Parties of responsibility under this Agreement.

7. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

7.1. For violation of the terms of payment for the cost of the Services established in clause 3.2 of this agreement, the Speaker has the right to require the Organizer to pay a fine in the amount of 0.01% (zero point one one-tenth) of the cost of services not rendered for each day of delay, but not more than 10% ( ten percent) of the total cost of the Services under the Agreement.

7.2. For violation of the terms of provision of the Services, the Organizer is entitled to demand payment from the Speaker in the amount of 0.01% (zero point one-tenth) of the cost of services not rendered for each day of delay, but not more than 10% (ten percent) of the total cost of the Services under the Agreement.

7.3. In the case of the speaker holding a public speech is not fully and low quality, the Organizer is entitled to demand payment from the Speaker in the amount of 30% (thirty percent) of the total cost of the Services under the Agreement.

The parties found that the improper provision of the Services includes, among other things, the following actions of the Speaker:

- late for the Event for more than 30 (thirty) minutes;

- change of the theme of the speech at the event or inconsistency of the content of the speech with the stated topic;

- a reduction in the duration of the performance compared to that established in 1.3. This contract lasts more than 10 minutes.

7.4. In the event the Speaker causes damage to the Organizer's property during the Event, the Parties draw up a bilateral Act to establish the fact that the Speaker inflicted damage and compensated the Speaker for the damage caused to the Organizer's property.

7.5. In case of unilateral refusal of the Speaker from the Contract in accordance with clause 2.4.2. of this Contract, the Speaker is obliged to transfer funds to the Organizer's settlement account within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of sending a written notice to the Organizer.

7.6. In case of delay on the flight due to the Speaker's fault, the Speaker at his own expense acquires new tickets and ensures the arrival of the Forum in the City at a previously agreed time.

7.7. For violation of other terms of this Agreement, the Parties are liable in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.8 If the Speaker fails to appear on the day of the Forum holding at the agreed time for any reason beyond the control of the Organizer, the Speaker undertakes to pay a penalty in the amount of the amount of the prepayment received within 3 calendar days from the receipt of the written claim.

7.9. If the Participant refuses to attend the Event or refuses purchased Package Offer more than 60 calendar days before the date of the event, the Organizer returns 70% (seventy percent) of the cost of attending the Event, provided that the refusal is sent via email, messenger (Whatsapp) or a phone call to the Forum manager

The Participant may be offered to reissue the ticket to the next Event without penalties. Such a proposal is a right, but not the obligation of the Organizer.

7.10. If the Participant refuses to attend the Event, waives a purchased ticket package, or refuses the Package Offer less than 60 calendar days before the date of the Event, the amount of money transferred by the Participant for the right to attend the Event is non-refundable.

7.11. The return of the amount of the funds transferred by the Participant for the right to attend the Event is carried out by transferring funds to the Participant's bank account within 30 calendar days from the date the Organizer receives the Participant's application form. The terms of the actual refunds to the Member's bank account may be extended depending on the rules of the payment system. Payment system fees are not refundable.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS

8.1. The present contract is considered concluded from the moment of its signing. Signing of the Agreement is possible by exchanging signed copies of the Agreement in electronic form with the print (if available) of the Agreement by e-mail specified in the Agreement. As regards unfulfilled obligations, the Agreement continues to operate in the event of its termination until the Parties fulfill their respective obligations in full and due form.

8.2. All disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the execution of the Treaty by the Parties not settled by the Parties through negotiations, and in case of failure to reach an agreement, by judicial procedure in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation in the Arbitration Court of the Rostov Region.

8.3. The terms and conditions of this agreement may be amended by agreement of the Parties, drawn up in writing and signed by both Parties to this agreement.

8.4. The present contract is made in two copies, one for each of the Parties having equal legal force.

8.5. All annexes, changes and additions to this Agreement, duly executed and signed by each of the Parties, are its integral part and act along with it.

8.6. Parties must notify each other in advance of changes in their banking and other details.

8.7 The parties agreed that this Agreement and documents signed and provided to each other by the Parties in the development of this Agreement by postal, telegraphic, teletype, telephone, electronic or other communication, pursuant to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (in particular Article 160, Article 434) , which allows to establish reliably that the document originates from the party under the contract, as well as committed by facsimile reproduction of the signature by means of mechanical or other copying, electronic signature or other analog there own signatures are valid as the original. Documents can be sent on any day, including on weekends and holidays.
