MARKETING AND MEDIA RELEASE FORM

I give my consent to IE Maksutov A.G. to publish photos and/or videos of my speeches as a speaker at the events where I am depicted, in whole or in part, in color or not, under my name or an alias. I also grant the full and absolute right to use photos and/or videos with my image, distribute the photos and/or videos with my image in any way for the purpose of full demonstration, the promotion of projects for artists and professionals in the beauty industry under the name of Global Permanent, Global Academy, Global and for other purposes that do not contradict the law. I also grant the right to use printed materials for the purposes listed above.

I authorize the revision of my photos and/or videos, cutting out video fragments, formatting videos for different sizes and resolutions, color correction, retouching, darkening, distortion and alteration of the image I also authorize the use of optical illusions, and use in compositions, both intentional and not intentional, in the process of preparing the final versions of the photos and/or videos for publication.

I confirm that I will not dispute copyright and property rights to these photos and/or videos. I confirm that I am fully familiar that I am granting permission to the terms and agreement stated above prior to signing them.

At the request of the parties, the document is drawn up in Russian and English and gives full rights to full or partial posting of photo and/or video materials with my image and my demonstration of permanent makeup techniques. I also acknowledge that these photo and/or video materials may be used for advertising purposes across various mediums such as social media, Internet portals and resources for public use including but not limited to the following:

Permission does not have an expiration date and it is granted without any restrictions to the quantity of the photo and/or video materials used. The above rights are granted by me in relation to IE Maksutov A.G. with my permission.
